Influencing Skills
The Influencing Skills package provides you with a valuable set of resources to enable you to better "tune in" to those you need to succesfully influence.
What does it do?
Having completed the Your Preferences Test and read your personalised report, you will:
- understand how you and others approach communicating and influencing
- determine, for any given situation, how you can create an influencing strategy that gives you the results you need
What will the information tell me?
The individual report:
- shows you how your behavioural preferences impact on influencing styles
- describes your own preferences when communicating with others
- shows you how to become a better listener
- describes how you communicate with people of similar and different preferences
- shows what you should include in your discussions with others the help achieve and win-win
- highlight the different approaches you can use to meet the other persons needs
- shares a simple five-step approach to successful influencing
