Learning Styles
About this Package
The Learning Styles package gives you information on your own type preferences, and the ways in which these affect your behaviour in a learning environment.
You'll complete the Type Preferences Test, and receive general information on your personal type preferences as well as information specific to your learning requirements.
What's in the Package?
The package consists of:
- a 'Type World' report, introducing you to the idea of type preferences (if you've taken a look at Academy28 products already, this is a fully fleshed-out version of the basic 'Introduction to Type' report)
- a 'Learning Styles' report, with detailed information on applying a knowledge of your specific preferences in learning environments
What Does This Package Do?
Having completed the Type Preferences Test and read your personalised reports, you will:
- understand how you and others approach learning and development
- be able to determine, for any given situation, how you can create a learning strategy that will enable you to develop in the way that you need
What Will the Information Tell Me?
The Learning Styles report:
- describes your own preferences when taking on board information/li>
- shows you how your behavioural preferences have an impact on the ways in which you learn
- highlights the different approaches you can use in dealing with different training approaches
Who Is It For?
Anyone and everyone — at every stage of the development process, everyone could do with a little more learning self-awareness! The Learning Styles report will be especially useful if you've recently taken on a new course of learning, whether at work or in college.
