Academy28 provides the Your Preferences tool, and its other services, in good faith. We use our best endeavours to provide these services to the highest possible standards.
The Your Preferences service requires an individual to take a standard assessment in order to receive an on-screen and/or paper-based report into their personal preferences in one or more situations. At Academy28’s sole discretion, this service may be automated via the Internet or provided manually.
Your Preferences has been designed as a practical business tool that enables an individual to assess their personal preferences in a variety of situations. The content of the reports is based solely on how an individual responds to the standard assessment. It is not and does not represent itself to be a psychological instrument.
Academy28 is not able to provide any post-use coaching or counselling services, excluding simple clarification of the content of a report, unless a separate contract for such additional services has been agreed.
Where payment is requested to use the Your Preferences service, the service may not be supplied until payment is received. Refunds will only be granted if Academy28 fails to provide the promised service in its entirety.
Academy28 cannot be held responsible for any losses, regardless of cause – either direct or indirect (consequential) – and by entering information on this website, users absolve Academy28 of any such responsibility.
The content of this website and of the reports that users receive remains the intellectual property of Academy28 and may not be reproduced in any formats (both current and future, as yet unknown, including electronic) without the prior written consent of Academy28.
